TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE BASICS
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) form a legally binding agreement between Zirkonite (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“you”). By browsing or purchasing through this website, you agree to these terms.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may exclude shipping fees, taxes, or import duties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, adjust pricing, or update policies at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock levels and acceptance of your order.
All images, text, product names, and designs appearing on this website are the property of Zirkonite or its affiliates. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for any product within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at info@zirkonite.com with your order number and reason for return. We may request additional information to process the return. The 14-day window refers only to initiating the return process.
Any shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund amount will reflect the price paid by the customer minus return shipping costs (if we provide the return label) and a 5% credit card processing fee.
Unless an exception is made by a Zirkonite authorized representative, returned items must be in their original, unused condition with intact packaging. Zirkonite reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions or that are received outside the allowed timeframe.
WARRANTY
Warranties apply only to equipment sold by Zirkonite and do not extend to consumable materials such as zirconia, PMMA, or milling burs.
Specific warranty terms, including coverage duration and conditions, are provided with the purchase of the item or may be requested by contacting info@zirkonite.com prior to purchase.
Zirkonite is not responsible for issues arising from improper installation, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
